THIS...IS...TOWARDS....PEOPLE....IN....THE.....WORKFORCE. i don't know how to make it any clearer. people in the comments keep complaining that i don't know how to spell or use correct grammar. how about you learn to read first......

At any rate; Not really.
A person who comes to this country might be better off if they learn the language, but people NEED to work under any circumstance; people need to pay for their living so saying that a person shouldn't be able to work just because of language they speak is fucking stupid.
Quite frankly, American's can't even speak proper English themselves. it's stupid to try putting a double-standard on foreigners when its not something they can control from the get-go, but many of them work on over the course of their life.
Anyway; your stamp and your idea is stupid and offensive. Great way to show true American spirit: Speak our language or get out, when America itself was built on being accepting of differences.
